Animation

To conclude the semester I completed a 500 frame. 60 second animation project. I

 recorded myself doing a line dance that normally goes to the song Merry Go Round. I was able to select my body and delete the background that way I could add an outline and fill myself in. I am happy with the way that this project turned out and enjoy the garage band soundtrack that I made for it as well.

 

Autoscopy

 

For my autoscopy I decided to do an idea that had to do with the word and taking it for granted. My autoscopy represents taking yourself out of a situation and remembering how much the world has to offer for us. I did this on adobe photoshop and was able to change a few colors while exporting as well.

Multiplicity

 

For the multiplicity project I had a bit of a hard time making myself comfortably fit because of the angle that I took the picture at, in the end the pictures turned out well and ended up fitting together fine. I used the select and mask tool in order to select myself then delete the background and overlap all of my layers.

Somewhere

 For my somewhere project I decided to put myself into the Happy Gilmore movie. I had a good shot of me swinging a golf club and found a frame where it fit into it perfectly, I enjoyed this project and the ways that I can place myself into any situation.

Black and white to color

 The black and white to color was one of the more difficult projects for me, I was able to make the first pallet of colors work well but trying to mix the others was a bit difficult, When I had to find another set of colors to use on my hair it made it really difficult to have the colors blend together properly. I redid the project from my original attempt with a different photo and had a bit of a better outcome. 

Poster

 

The poster was the first project where I really let my creative ability take over and it came out the way that I planned. I used the adobe color wheel online in order to pick out a set of colors to be reflected in my poster. I payed attentions to the tutorials on blackboard and was able to add fun elements to my project.

Business Card and Logo

 

I used the logo that I created on my last project to create a mark up of what I believed my business card would look like. I loved the way I was able to incorporate the colors from my logo into the design of my business card. I love the color way that I was able to use for this project.
